When searching for your device (Step n°2) nothing shows up in the list, then follow this steps:
Step n°1: Tap on the close connection button on top of the app and touch in the refresh button to search for BT devices. If still nothing shows up take step two
Step n°2: Tap the close connection button on top of the app, then close the app, finally unplug the table, wait for 20 seconds and plug it in again. Repeat the first three steps for a correct connection
Step n°3: If still can’t connect make sure you have the latest version of the app. Do this by going to the Play store (Android) or app store (IOs).
