Curvilux Return Policy - General Terms
You have the right to claim a payment refund for a maximum of 72 hours since you submitted your purchase and received the confirmation email, regardless the type of active campaign you purchase at and always in the case we haven't sent your product yet. Once the 72hs expired or the product shipped you can no longer require a refund of your money. From this point, the return policy applies.
For refunds you will receive a refund based on your original form of payment, Curvilux does not guarantee that you will receive the full amount of your purchase due to we do not have control on fees that payment platforms might charge. Curvilux will not refund the shipping fee either the customs associated costs in any situation.
Curvilux will accept returns on damaged products exclusively, and make a direct replacement with the exact same product on any products purchased directly from Curvilux or through Curvilux’s Indiegogo campaign within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product does not show noticeable signs of use.
To return an item, you must first request a return authorization by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not exchange any product that gets extra damaged than the one reported or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. In some cases, we can consider not to replace the unit if we consider that damage due to usage needs to be cover by the customer, so be really careful on how you accommodate the unit in the box for its return.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return authorization is approved, Curvilux will provide you a shipping label for the purpose of returning the Curvilux product, provided your shipping address is located within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories and Outlying Areas). If you are located outside of the Continental United States, you are responsible for returning the Product to Curvilux, as well any associated costs.
Curvilux will only face charges for one-time delivery/shipment. If the customer is not at the provided address and item returns to our warehouse (previously confirmed by one of our representatives via email or phone) a new shipping fee will apply to complete the delivery. In case the customer denies to pay a new shipping fee will not have right to claim a product refund.
Curvilux reserves the right to deny replacement for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

Curvilux Warranty - General Terms
Curvilux guarantees to you, the original purchaser, that the products which you have purchased directly from Curvilux, through Curviluxt’s Indiegogo campaign, are in conformance with the specifications at the time of manufacture for a period of time from the date of purchase of the Product(s) (the “Warranty Term”).
The Warranty Term starts at the time the Product(s) is first received by the first end-user. The Product may consist of several different parts and each different part may be covered by a different Warranty Term.
Curvilux warrants this Product against any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (the “Comprehensive Warranty Period”).
Further, Curvilux warrants this Product against defects in the material and workmanship of any non-electronic components of the Product (as defined below) under normal use for a period of TWO (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (the “Material and Workmanship Warranty Period”).
For the purposes of the Material and Workmanship Warranty Period, non-electronic components shall include the Product drawer, wood case, legs and wall mount, plastics and other similar components.
During these Warranty Periods, if a covered defect arises, and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, we will, at our option, either (i) repair the Product at no charge using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the Product.
No Curvilux reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
When a Product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Curvilux's property. When a refund is given, the Product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Curvilux and becomes Curvilux's property.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty applies only to genuine Curvilux Products manufactured by or for Curvilux. Curvilux will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product is a genuine Curvilux Product. Any genuine Curvilux Product in which the Curvilux logo or any other identifying information, such as a serial or product ID number, has been removed, altered or defaced, is not covered under this warranty. Curvilux’s responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement service as determined by Curvilux in its sole discretion.
